These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Etropo's budget management software and services ('Service'). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use the Service, you must: register using a valid business email address, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Trial Period: We offer a 14-day trial period, no credit card is required during the trial, we reserve the right to modify or terminate trials at our discretion. Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual basis, payments are processed through Stripe, no refunds are provided for prepaid periods, prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Account Creation and Security: You must provide accurate and complete registration information, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, one person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts. Account Misuse: Prohibited activities include: attempting to circumvent security measures, unauthorized access, distributing malware, fraudulent activities, excessive use impacting others, using the Service for illegal purposes, violating laws, attempting to reverse engineer the Service. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, delete accounts that remain inactive for extended periods, terminate accounts that violate these Terms, refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason.

Service Level: The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, we will provide notice of planned maintenance 30 days in advance via email. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, update the Service to maintain security and functionality, change these Terms with notice to users.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your data, you grant us license to host and process your data to provide the Service, you can export your data at any time, we will not sell or share your data with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures, you are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, we are not liable for data breaches outside our control.

Customer Support: Support is provided via email at team@etropo.com, we strive to respond to all inquiries promptly, support is provided in English. Communications: By using our Service, you consent to receive communications from us regarding: service updates and maintenance, security notifications, account-related information, billing and subscription matters.

Our Rights: We retain all rights to the Service, including software, designs, and content, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works, you may not use our trademarks without permission. Your Rights: You retain all rights to your data, you grant us limited rights necessary to provide the Service, you are responsible for content you upload.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, we are not responsible for third-party services or content.

We may modify these Terms at any time by: posting updated Terms on our website, notifying you via email of significant changes, requiring acceptance of new Terms to continue using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
